We want you to love what you purchase here! If you are not satisfied with your rope tack or training equipment you may return it and we will credit your account. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Must be unused, clean and in good condition. If the product is not clean, has been used or is not in good condition you may not receive a full refund. All custom orders and all rope purchases are not refundable. Any Custom Order or Rope that is returned may be exchanged but will not be refunded. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be handled in the same manner in which the item was paid for.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We ship our orders through USPS Priority Mail and shipping is Monday through Friday. Most of our products are handmade when ordered and will ship within 5-10 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. If your order is custom it may take longer and we will give you an estimate of when it will ship upon receiving your order. You will receive an email notification if your order will be delayed for any reason. We always strive to have your products to you as quickly as possible!
To inquire about shipping outside of the US, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you would like to order and where you are located. We will then let you know what the shipping cost would be and if we can ship it to your location.
